Here are a few dates to keep in mind:
September 8 – the date Early Bird Registration ends. Please have your payment to me, or postmarked, by this date to save $20! If you are sending in your registration after 9/8/17 please be sure to include the $20 in your total as we can not process your registration without it.
September 22 – the very last day to receive our discount at the hotel – PLEASE DO NOT WAIT to book your room until this date! If you haven’t already booked your hotel room, please do so asap, Occasionally our group rate may be temporarily unavailable. If this is the case, please book your room anyway, contact me and I'll have the hotel release more rates under our group rate. I'll also have them adjust your rate accordingly.
