The early bird deadline (and price discount) ends September 5th so please send your check and registration form to a participating CMC by then to save $15 and secure your spot!

Congratulations to Jaclyn, our Fall 2010 Queen of the Crop!
We’re busy getting ready for Camp and are preparing a goody basket just for Jaclyn – filled with lots of custom items she can use during the weekend!

New – the option to stretch out!
You asked for it & we’re so very happy to be able to offer extra cropping space for $20 during your stay during Camp Crop-A-Lot! $20 will get you twice the table space and an extra space next to you to put your bags & other bigger items.
This is being done on a trial basis & we’ll certainly make every effort to accommodate those who want the extra space but may have to limit this if we have an overwhelming response. We’ll accept 2x registrations on a first come, first served basis, work the numbers and start a waiting list if need be. Registration forms are being sent out now so be sure to contact your CMC if you haven’t received one shortly!
Deadline to register for extra space is February 14, 2010!
